About Ryan Klarberg

IMG_1549Ryan Klarberg is an associate at Pryor Cashman, serving their Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment, Digital Media and Litigation Groups. Ryan runs litigation for a wide range of intellectual property actions. He has assisted in the development of IP defense strategies for high net-worth celebrities, leading fashion corporations, and one of the world’s largest automakers. Before arriving at Pryor Cashman, Ryan held prior positions at Warner Music Group and Monarch Business and Wealth Management.

Ryan Klarberg has been involved in the entertainment industry ever since he was young, learning early on the value of protecting artists rights and assets.

Throughout his professional career, Ryan Klarberg has gained an appreciation for the music business and financial considerations faced by well-known individuals and large companies. He has become professional in brand protection and understands the value of protecting intellectual property. He attended Michigan University from 2005 to 2009 to obtain his bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in business. From there, he went directly to the University of Miami School of Law to study intellectual property and entertainment and sports law. In 2012, Ryan Klarberg graduated cum laude and received a CALI Legal Excellence for the Future Award.

Ryan is an avid automotive enthusiast, even previously writing in his spare time for leading automotive publication Car & Driver Magazine.

While Ryan Klarberg isn’t assisting his clients or test driving cars, he is spending his time listening to music and participating and watching sports; basically keeping up to date with his clientele’s industries. Coming from the University of Michigan, he is a huge fan of the Wolverines in any capacity. Since he lives in and grew up near New York City playing hockey, the Rangers are a mainstay for him and his family. His music taste ranges as an experienced music listener.
